About the event
Dress: As we move from pre-season meets to the main season the dress code changes to what we call ‘hunt dress’ This is a black jacket (black or navy for the ladies) worn with white stock; beige breeches, black boots and a riding hat with a dark cover. Horses should be plaited or hogged. Body protectors or air jackets may also be worn if desired. Under 18s should continue to wear ‘ratcatcher’ which is a tweed jacket worn with a shirt/tie or a coloured stock, beige breeches, black or brown boots and a riding hat with a dark cover. But don’t worry if you haven’t got this kit, you will be more than welcome to join us as long as you and your tack is safe and tidy.
